Coming for summer 2024!

With support from Cycling UK UCI Legacy fund, we are excited to provide sustainable solutions for community transport, as well as supporting our young people, connecting them to services.

The bike pool offers free loan of bikes or e-bikes, allowing school pupils who are not entitled to school bus transport in the summer months, to loan the bikes for FREE! Not only does it support the mission to reduce carbon emissions, but also promotes responsibility and independence.  We can also support the Bikeability sessions if bike loan is required.   Please note that e-bikes can only be loaned to over 14s.

Other members of the community can loan the bikes, or use them in conjunction with the community bus, collecting them from Whitehall Village.

VISITORS

We are happy to support the travel links with bike loans during the school holiday periods.  We offer a collection and/or drop off service, allowing links with the Loganair inter isles flights. Day hire of e-bikes is £25, including helmets.
